Whenever you sell, buy, let or are building a new build you will require an EPC or Energy Performance Certificate.
This must be done prior to any tenants moving in or you put your property on the market to let or sell.
Scottish law requires the EPC certificate to be on show inside the property maybe next to the boiler or inside the meter cupboard.
