John will come to your home for an initial site visit, at no cost, to discuss your ideas and design and carry out a free visual and feasibility check on your plumbing and electrical systems.
We can also recommend suppliers of quality bathroom furniture and fittings, electrical fittings to the required British Standard (BS7671-2008) and tiling companies to complement your design.
Alongside the electrics and plumbing we offer a range of other skills all of which have been put into practice whilst sympathetically updating our own Victorian home.
Plumbing (NVQ II): we are experienced in kitchen sink and tap replacement, appliance connections, outside taps, radiator moving and replacement, and cloakroom / bathroom installations.
Plastering: we are experienced in dry lining, stud walls, plastering walls, ceilings and coving.
Tiling: we can add additional tiling; completely re-tile walls and non specialist floor area spaces along with all aspects of grouting and sealing.
Refresh and revamp of bathroom in 2 bedroom flat: Remove existing shower, tiles surrounding bath and Dimplex heater.
Replace with new tiles around bath and grout, new electric shower, new Dimplex heater, make and fit tongue and groove bath panel and fit new flooring.
Conversion of garage into habitable space: :Installation of plywood flooring, partition walls with foil insulation board, internal double socket outlets, ceiling roses and pendants for lighting.
Fixing of skirting boards, 30 minute fire door, architrave and fittings.
