Fully Earthed Electrical was started in 2014 by Tom Garstin after swapping the fast pace of West London for the greenery of Somerset & West Wiltshire. Having spent nearly 10 years looking after all aspects of investors' rental properties in central London, working for boutique estate agents, a change was needed. This experience however, provided useful insights into the high standards that homeowners like but rarely receive from tradesmen (such as electricians) working in their homes.

Having set up Fully Earthed Electrical, Tom now provides a high quality service whilst always giving honest and transparent electrical advice. Tom gives equal care and attention to each job, regardless of the size and budget. Please take a look at our recent Google reviews. Fully Earthed Electrical is registered with Elecsa under their Competent Person Scheme to complete "notifiable" works under Part P of the Buiding Regulations.

Tom is qualified to complete all aspects of domestic wiring safely, is registered with TrustMark and is fully insured to give you the peace of mind you need.

Tom has completed a number of electrical jobs around our house from bathroom refits to outdoor lights and has always been friendly, knowledgeable and above all professional.
We did not have to wait long for work dates and he completed the work quickly, tidily and efficiently and at a fair price.
I would not hesitate to recommend him for large and small jobs.
Tom always does a great job, he is very good at tidying up after himself which I like and he is respectful of your home.
I think his prices are fair and he tries to find the best solution without needing to spend a lot of money.
The majority of electrical work requires a property visit to quote to ensure compliance with all necessary building and wiring regulations, as each and every property is different.
It is also useful to discuss what your requirements are and for us to offer any advice to either save you money or improve the end result.
We offer a free quotation service and can email a written quote within 24 hours if needed.
Invoices will typically be emailed once work is completed and payment kindly requested immediately.
