Our core customers range from County and District councils, housing associations, Local Education Authorities, local retailers and national maintenance contractors.
All Gra-Bern electricians are directly employed by the company, and all are CRB checked (we do not employ subcontract or agency staff).
The majority having completed JIB apprenticeships within the company; all are fully conversant with all aspects of retail and facility maintenance.

In order to ensure continuity, and to protect the companys hard earned reputation our policy is proactive and has always been to regularly recruit local school leavers as electrical contracting apprentices, who are then registered with the Joint Industry Board "JIB".
Since the formation of JT Limited "JTL" in 1990, all of our trainees have followed the four year advanced apprenticeship route which is monitored by the local JTL training officer, both in the work place with onsite visits, and at our local college Telford College of Arts and Technology "TCAT".
