Roy will try to help with emergency/fault-finding work. Please ask about planned improvements where social distancing can be maintained. He is NOT taking on any more Landlord Certificates for the time being, unless the property is unoccupied. For small jobs and fault-finding, work is charged at 50 for the first hour or part-hour, and 30 per hour thereafter.
