Incredible customer service. Having been messed around by our energy supplier we decided to go with assured electrical for installing our electric car charger. They fit us in at short notice and did a very neat tidy job. Unfortunately the electric charger from the supplier was faulty (no fault of assured electrical), the director (Jamie?) was amazing with this and even purchased a new charger rather than waiting for our faulty one to be replaced by the supplier (which would have taken weeks). Would 100% recommend to anyone and will be using for all future electrical needs.

This week. I called AES about an electrical issue at a rental property just before 5pm earlier this week, Fran booked the job in and Jamie was with our tenants first thing in the morning! (Can't get quicker than that!). He was very thorough, found the issue, got the power back to the kitchen and I've had really great feedback from our tenants too. I've used AES before and they were brilliant then as well. I worried managing a rental myself might be a lot of work but with AES I know electrical issues can be solved with just a quick call. I needed someone to do some small electrical jobs - replacing 2 faulty outdoor LED security lights and replacing a ceiling LED bulb. Jamie responded on a Bank holiday to fix a problem with our electricity supply as we needed it to be restored due to health reasons. He came within the hour. Was thorough in identifying the fault and reconnected us within 45 minutes. He was also professional and polite at all times. Got in contact with Assured Electrical Solutions Cardiff as I needed an aditional socket installed on the splashback of my new kitchen, they were very cooperative and managed to send someone over the same day. The only criticism I have is that the new socket was installed a few cm's lower than than the other sockets which is annoying. EDIT: Jamie went above and beyond to rectify out the issue today - fantastic service.
