All electrical work complies with Part 'P' of the building regulations.
To ensure safety and guarantee the good working order of all your electrical installations, every installation needs to be periodically tested.
All electrical installations deteriorate over time, due to wear and tear, so testing is extremely important.
These tests are known as a Periodic Inspection Report or PIR for short.
We test for evidence of any defects or departures from the IEE Wiring Regulations.
Our tests and reports are accepted by major banks, building societies, councils, insurance companies, health & safety executive and licensing authorities.
