As a well established family business, we take pride in our work and are pleased to offer a comprehensive electrical service. Large enough to undertake significant house build projects or shop/restaurant refits in the south-east and London, yet small enough to provide a flexible local service, our friendly team of electricians is at your service.

We are also pleased to be able to offer builders and developers a reliable electrical service, backed up by a high level of up to date technical expertise in a world of new technologies and home automation. We are a local business, employing local people, many of whom started with us as 16 year old apprentices. We are not a franchise nor faceless organisation; our reputation relies on constantly meeting and achieving customer expectations.

As a NICEIC Approved Contractor, you can be sure of our adherence to safety and quality.
Services
The business was established in 2004 by Michael Fryer, an electrical engineering graduate from Cambridge University, with the intention of bringing a technical engineering background to the electrical installation industry.
Strong on problem solving and on the understanding of wiring design and complexities, we offer total solutions to your projects.
From planning a once-in-a-lifetime house build, to undertaking significant renovations or a lovely new extension, we can assist with larger electrical projects which require a thoughtful and responsive approach to planning and execution.
We work happily alongside builders, developers, project managers, lighting and garden designers and AV specialists to ensure your electrics do exactly what you want and integrate well with the rest of your project.
We are also specialists in Lutron lighting automation systems, and can provide full support in this area if requested.
We have developed expertise in designing, installing and commissioning Building and Energy Management Systems, in partnership with Innotech Controls.
This is headed up by Michael Fryer Meng (Cantab) who applies his technical electrical engineering skills to ensure users can efficiently manage a building's mechanical and electrical equipment.
A BEMS will save on energy bills, increase occupancy comfort and decrease man-hours spent on management.
A BEMS works behind the scenes via one or more control panels, to control which areas of a building are heated, cooled, lit or protected at various times of the day.
