Installation of LED down lights, loft lighting and heat and smoke alarms. This was the first time I had used Neil and his team and will not hesitate to use again. First class service from the prompt response to the original enquiry right through to the quality of the installation and clearing up afterwards.

Cannot be more satisfied with the assistance Neil, Campbell and Ross have provided. From contacting them, to getting a survey of my electrical system and arranging a time for re-wiring the property all took under two weeks. The contact with them has been of a high standard, with the guys being courteous and professional in all aspect of the work / quotes given to me.

Found Energize Electrical from Tesla website. Requested for a quote online for Tesla wall charger installation. Very impressed that I got call from Neil within few hours. From there on, Neil proved his expertise by transparent communication and quick response to requests. I have used Energize Electrical services to install Tesla gen 3 EV charger at my property. Process was very smooth starting from quotation enquiry, completing their online installation survey, site visit for installation cost assessment and final day of EV installation. The company installed an EV charger at my property a year ago but I was having some issues with the electricity supply in my house when the car was charging. After sending an email to Neil (the boss!), one of his chaps was here at 9am the next morning to take a look at the issue. This was resolved very quickly and I should point out that the issue here was user error rather than anything problematic with the initial instal. Highly recommend this business and their aftersales is second to none.

Mum recently had a lot of building work done prior to moving into her house. Once in her new home, she realised she wanted some extra sockets and lighting installed. I was worried this was going to involve ripping floors up, chasing walls etc. I saw the positive reviews for Energize electrical and asked them to quote. The chap came out and spoke with Mum and was very clear about what could be done, and also highlighted that they would fill any holes and that this may require a bit of painting afterwards - all fair enough.

The quote seemed fair and reasonable. The guys came out and i sent Mum a note to ask how it was going. She said the guys were brilliant, friendly, tidy and efficient. Everything was completed to her complete satisfaction - there was virtually no disruption to decoration / finishes considering what had been installed. Mum advised that she was now able to use her electric recliner chair and have her table lamp on at the same time - so that means i get a quiet life :- Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely use again. It feels like a relief to have a reliable electrician whom we can use for other jobs in the future

We used Energize Electrical to install our EV charging point. They carried out a survey, came back and installed it. Really happy with the quality of work and communication throughout the process. While they were at the house, we asked them to quote for moving sockets and switches around. They came back a few weeks later to do the second job which was also done to a high standard. What sets this company apart from others is their ongoing communication before, during and after the job.

Installation of new consumer fuse box and EV charger on side of garage. Excellent communication throughout, knowledgeable about the different EV chargers and discussed what would be most appropriate to our specific requirements. Site survey carried out and work agreed. Turned up on time and work completed in half a day to excellent standard. Thankfully we didn't have to deal with cancellations due to Scottish weather but I'm sure this would have been communicated in plenty of time as well. Overall very happy with service and would gladly use again for electrical work.

We had Campbell out to look at a few things in our new house and can’t recommend him highly enough. He was happy to offer advice and solutions for what we were looking to do and once on the job he was extremely neat and tidy. We had sockets moved off of skirtings, new smoke and carbon detectors fitted, electrical testing and new lights fitted internally and externally. We’re really pleased with the standard of finish and the service Campbell provided. Would have no issues recommending him and will be using him for any future electrical work required.
