Established in 1950 by John Collins and made a Limited company in 1966 when his son Brian Collins took over the running of the business. Upon his retirement his daughter and son-in-law have taken on the running of the business and will hopefully be succeeded by their son (at present an electrician with the company). We are fortunate to still carry out electrical work for some of our customers who have stayed loyal for over 45 years.
We are members of Electrical Contractors Association (ECA) National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC) incl Part P and are J.I.B (Joint Industry Board for the Electrical Contracting Industry) registered.

We carry out Inspection and testing of fixed electrical installations and can provide national inspection council electrical installations certificates and periodic inspection reports.
We carry out portable appliance testing (PAT) and provide appropriate certificates.
We have the ECA guarantee of work and the ECA bond covering the compliance of members work to relevant standards and regulations and covering the final completion of works.
