In normal working hours, 8am - 5pm, for up to 2 hours & reactive call outs (loss of power or lighting) our callout fee applies. The call out fee (40.00 +VAT) includes all travel & expenses & the first 30 minutes on site. Our standard hourly rate (35.00 + VAT) applies in 30 minute increments thereafter. At present 90% of 'call outs' are completed within the initial 30 minutes.
