VIR Electrical have recently completed CAT A fit out for Synergy Property Group, We supplied, installed and commissioned DALI control LED lighting to all office and common areas of the 60,000 sq ft building.
We installed LV Distribution, Power, Security, CCTV, Access Control and Fire Alarm and outside decrotive lighting.
ALD Automotive is a nation wide vehicle leasing company with a large office and warehouse in Milton Keynes, after being approached to look at the cost of the lighting VIR designed a new LED lighting layout to reduce the electricity consumption by 45%.
